Definition and scope of tracking technologies
Cookies are small alphanumeric text files stored on your local browser to enable website navigation, preserve session security, and collect aggregated performance metrics.
Categories of cookies deployed
Terrakraft India LLP classifies cookies deployed across its digital platforms into three functional tiers:
Strictly necessary cookies
Always activeEssential for core site navigation, form CSRF token validation, and secure load balancing. These cannot be disabled in our systems.
Functional cookies
User managedPreserve user interface selections, such as chosen service sector preferences or previously acknowledged consent banners.
Performance and analytics cookies
Consent requiredCollect aggregated, non-personally identifiable telemetry to measure page performance, scroll depth, and document download conversion rates.
Analytics telemetry and conversion attribution (GA4)
We deploy Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enforced. Analytics tracking evaluates high-level user navigation to improve site usability:
- Events Tracked: cta_connect_click, cta_brochure_click, form_connect_submit, brochure_download, and outbound_zyntra_click.
- Privacy Controls: Analytics data is aggregated. We do not correlate analytical events with individual names or personal identification records without explicit consent.
Consent architecture and management
- Banner Notification: Upon your first visit, a clean consent banner presents options to accept, customize, or reject non-essential cookies.
- Browser Level Control: You may configure your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) to block, alert, or delete cookies. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair form submissions or technical document downloads.
