This Master Policy, encompassing the Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Disclaimers (“Agreement” or “Policy”), constitutes a legally binding electronic contract between you (“User”, “Visitor”, “Client”, or “Data Principal”) and Terrakraft India LLP (“LLP”, “Company”, “Data Fiduciary”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 of India.
- Registered Office: Soho, Panchshil, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014, India.
- Operating Brand: Terragreen (the engineering, project implementation, and EPC division of Terrakraft India LLP).
- Digital Platforms Covered: www.terrakraft.com and all associated subdomains, landing pages, digital forms, and client portals owned and operated by Terrakraft India LLP.
By browsing, accessing, uploading data to, or submitting inquiries on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of this website.
Acceptance of terms and permitted use
This website is maintained to provide informational material, engineering capability overviews, and preliminary engagement channels for commercial, industrial, utility, and critical-infrastructure energy solutions. You agree to use this website solely for lawful commercial and technical evaluation purposes.
Intellectual property rights and prohibited uses
- Ownership of Content: All text, website layout, graphic interfaces, visual schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), technical charts, photographic assets, video records, source code, data sheets, and proprietary branding—including the wordmark “Terragreen”, the tagline “Energy that stays on.”, the Living Grid design architecture, and corporate symbols—are the exclusive intellectual property of Terrakraft India LLP or licensed under formal agreements.
- Restrictions on Use: You shall not copy, reproduce, scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, frame, republish, mirror, distribute, or create derivative works from any website materials without the prior written consent of an authorized partner of Terrakraft India LLP.
- Automated Extraction Prohibited: The deployment of spiders, bots, scraping tools, or automated data extraction engines to harvest contact emails, technical diagrams, or case-study materials is strictly prohibited.
Technical, engineering and yield simulation disclaimers
- Simulations vs. Contracted Baselines: All technical figures, solar generation simulations, PVSyst models, financial payback equations, savings formulas, battery sizing estimates, and Levelised Cost of Energy (LCOE) figures displayed on this website or generated via preliminary web assessments are indicative, non-binding estimates provided for conceptual evaluation only.
- No Warranted Performance: Solar energy generation and battery discharge behavior are inherently dependent upon uncontrollable external parameters, including site-specific global horizontal irradiance (GHI), seasonal weather fluctuations, local soiling derate, structural shadowing, grid feeder availability, tariff revisions, and plant load behavior. No website content shall constitute a guaranteed energy yield or contracted performance ratio (PR).
- Engineering Site Audits Required: A binding engineering and commercial commitment arises solely upon the execution of a formal, bilateral written Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract or Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) supported by site-specific geotechnical surveys, structural audits, and confirmed electrical single-line diagrams.
No uptime or availability guarantees
- Context of Continuity: Terragreen designs power infrastructure around customer-specified uptime criteria (“Storage-first engineering”). However, statements on this website regarding “Energy that stays on”, “operational continuity”, or “resilient power” reflect engineering design methodologies and do not constitute an unconditional guarantee of continuous electrical supply, zero downtime, or uninterrupted service.
- Contractual Precedence: Electrical uptime levels, system response times, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and availability benchmarks are enforceable strictly to the extent explicitly defined and contracted within an executed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreement.
Corporate architecture and sister brand separation (Zyntra)
- Group Entity Disclosure: Terrakraft India LLP is the parent enterprise. Terrakraft India LLP owns two distinct operating brand divisions:
- Terragreen: The customer-facing energy infrastructure, system design, solar EPC, hybrid integration, and maintenance division.
- Zyntra: The configurable energy storage products, battery-pack engineering, and domestic manufacturing division (operating independently at www.zyntra.green).
- Independent Selection and Disclosure: Terragreen selects balance-of-plant, solar modules, inverters, and battery storage equipment on technical and commercial merit. While Zyntra storage hardware is proposed where it provides optimal technical configuration, Terragreen assesses and integrates alternative Tier-1 equipment where project parameters dictate. The group relationship is formally disclosed in every client proposal.
- Separate Warranties: Terragreen provides EPC and workmanship warranties under its contracts. Battery product warranties, cell degradation commitments, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations for Zyntra products are issued solely by Zyntra under its written terms. Neither brand division assumes legal liabilities for the independent obligations of the other.
- Third-Party Hyperlinks: Links leading to www.zyntra.green or third-party web services are provided for technical context. Terrakraft India LLP is not liable for content, privacy practices, or digital transactions hosted on external, third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability and exclusion of consequential damages
- As-Is Provision: This website, its calculators, forms, and downloadable literature are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

- Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages;
- Loss of operational profits, commercial revenue, business interruption, production stoppage, or data loss;
- Decisions taken, tenders submitted, or capital allocated based on figures, calculators, or text found on this website.
- Cap on Liability: In the absence of an executed commercial EPC contract, the total aggregate legal liability of Terrakraft India LLP for any claim arising from website use shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Only).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Terrakraft India LLP, its partners, officers, engineers, and agents from and against all third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and legal fees resulting from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Use;
