Lifecycle asset management

Operation and maintenance for solar and storage

Commissioning is the beginning of an energy asset's life, not the end of our accountability. Terragreen provides structured operation, maintenance, and performance monitoring for solar plants, battery storage installations, and distributed telecom power. We work under formal service agreements with response times, preventive schedules, and reporting baselines agreed in writing.

A Terrakraft India company. Available for systems engineered by Terragreen and, following a technical asset review, for infrastructure built by third parties.

The four-step service model

A structured framework from asset review to continuous reporting

We manage operational risk through a repeatable, four-stage lifecycle process:

Four-stage lifecycle
1. Asset Review Audit existing installation, string health, and switchgear. 2. Service Agreement Agree response windows, preventive scope, and spares SLA. 3. Monitor & Maintain Execute scheduled field servicing and continuous telemetry. 4. Report & Improve Deliver monthly generation analysis against base models.
1

Asset Review

We inspect physical array conditions, inverter logs, thermal hotspots, battery cell balances, and grounding resistance before assuming operational responsibility.

2

Service Agreement

We establish clear contractual scopes—defining scheduled service visits, consumable replenishment, and emergency response tiers.

3

Monitor and Maintain

Automated telemetry flags string-level faults, inverter trips, or cell temperature spikes, dispatching field crews with pre-identified diagnostic data.

4

Report and Improve

Monthly reports compare actual generation and battery round-trip efficiency directly against your baseline PVSyst model and utility billing records.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about our O&M services

Do you maintain solar and storage systems that Terragreen did not build?

Yes. We take on third-party installations following a technical Asset Review. Our engineers audit component quality, single-line diagrams, and past maintenance logs to establish an agreed operating baseline before entering a service agreement.

What are Terragreen's emergency response times?

Response times are specified in writing in your Service Agreement. They depend on site geography, facility criticality, and whether the site carries dedicated on-site personnel or cluster-based flying support.
